Not with out spending more cash. You can get cool air intake exhaust and the basic bolt on stuff. Bolt on wont ad much power

an aftermarket exhaust should always be the first step, increased flow

Why? No disrespect but exhaust will do you no good without any other mods.

It's pointless except being louder. Exhaust should be one of the things you do last, to compensate your other mods and you get an exhaust the size that can help you not be detrimental. That means don't get no 4" ****, it will make things worse.

For our cars a 2.5" to 3" exhaust is what makes power, depending on what other mods you have. VQ35 with headers or gutted cats can def. use 3", for my vq30 with gutted cats/Cattman Ypipe/fastcat I actually saw best results with 2.5" which is what I have. It all depends on what you do with your mods.

The best power bolt-ons are Ypipe and gutted cats or headers, that will open things up the most. Then you got NWP spacers, intake, VIAS block plate, etc. Also depending if you're MT or AT you can get new clutch/aluminum flywheel or a shift kit if you're an AT.
