Need advice on 6spd slave cylinder replacement

Is this a simple enough job for someone with the skill level of changing brake pads or doing an oil change? Appears i need to change both the cylinder and hydraulic line

Yea it is simple. Disconnect the line take out 4 bolts and put the new one in. Not much too it did mine in about 30 minutes. Just curious though what symptoms are you having for making these repairs?

Clutch sank to the floor and stayed there while driving. Pulled over and checked the pedal area for fluid and it was dry. Popped the hood and saw fresh fluid around the slave and alot of fluid on the ground. The cylinder side of the hose seems to be what failed.

The hose will be in tomorrow so i will just replace that first then bleed and go from there. Gonna play by ear on the cylinder.
