Climate control module not working at all

Ok I recently put in a radio everything was working fine. Now I noticed my climate control module does not turn on at all. I checked fuses and cant find any blown. Is there a specific fuse for this? I ordered another module just to check if not I'll send it back. Any suggestions? help would be appreciated!!!

Is it the screen not lighting up or the buttons do not work or both? Most common cause is something not hooked back up when everything is put back together. Did you take it back apart to see if one of the plugs did not seat all the way?

the screen lights up but the module itself seems to not work like its not getting any power, no functions work at all and no buttons light up the plug behind the module is connected. I will be trying another unit today just for the hell of it.

Does anything else not work? Its late. Ill run though the wiring diagrams in the FSM tomorrow if i get off work at a decent hour. The three fuse panels are under the dash, by the battery, and by the windshield washer bottle under the beauty cover.

Yes everything else works but the climate control module. It seems to not be getting any power to it. All fuses seem to be fine. I even switched out the module itself still nothing. Could the unified box be bad? there were no coins or any sounds coming from it. This thing is a real pain thank god I havnt got caught in bad weather, with no air controls that will be pleasant.

Same thing happend to me a few week ago in my 6thgen except I had no radio and my fan was blowing. It's going to be hard to determine what the problem is unless you diagnose it. Electrical is one of if not the most stressful issues you can deal with on your car. Mine just started working again on it's own. Try unplugging the battery for a little bit. It's a gamble.

Yeah. Try unplugging the battery for a few mins and maybe you might get lucky and it will start working again. If I was you I would try to find a good local mechanic because unlike the stealership he might be able to tell you what's wrong without charging you a diagnostic fee. Get a refferal for a mechanic who specializes in nissan cars. The stealership should be your last option unless you're loaded. Good luck though.

Tried disconnecting battery still nothing. Nissan quoted $110 Diag which is rediculous so I'll try the local mechanic!!!

Yup. When it comes to electrical there's very little you can do and you will most likely have to get the diagnosed. The dealer is a fixed price but you can find a local dealer who's just as experienced as the stealership except he would do it for half the cost.

Recheck that everything is plugged in. Ive done it a time or two myself. If its anything worse, I have an extra center section laying around. (Heater cont, radio, screen, etc.)

Hey yea I made sure everything is connected and even changed out the module itself and theres still nothing. All I know is theres no power going to the module itself. Its pretty damn hot here in FL so I must get this fixed asap!!!!!

The unified box is right under/behind the factory radio. It has a connector going to the climate control buttons. I got my part off ebay for $100 bucks which beat paying nissan to diagnose for that price and not fix anything.
