Tips on Replacing Cats

I just ordered some cats and will be replacing them next week ('05 Maxima SL). I've been looking at it trying to see what needs to be done. Are there any tips on the process? It seems like a few of the bolts/shields may be difficult to get to.

For the firewall-side cat-is it all accessed from below?

Any general tips to smoothing out the process would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.

It will be alot easier to do from underneath, you might have to bend the heat shield out of the way. Would be much simple if you have impact gun and a torch :-)

Go to the petstore and get a new cat. Smoothing out the process would require sandpaper.
