Wow! Definitely very interesting reviews I am getting. I can't help myself but laugh at the way some people are bashing me hard. But its all good. I am really enjoying the reviews. Please, keep them coming.

I must say thanks a lot to these guys who admire what I have done. These are greenwood, 1sik4dsc, Nismo4life07, ChrisMan287, I VIK I, nyana107, aackshun, Rhyno02, chernmax, Leo_Koneval, STARR, nissandrvr98 and 914max. I have high hopes of doing more to this. If you have any suggestions, do not hesitate to throw it my way.

I must address these guys that mention me taking off my pin stripes. RAZ76, BudBlackMaxSL, coolsun, and aackshun. Guess what? Unfortunately, I bought my car like that from the dealership. And the pin stripes are painted on the car. And that was on the car the first day I set my eyes on it at the dealership. So since it is paint, I am stuck with it on the car. But I like it a lot. My car is SE and it makes it look sporty. Blame dealership for pin stripes. Not me.

As for the guys who are bashing me hard, I really do appreciate it. Though I don't like it. But I take all of them as constructive criticism. Something that can help me make a better mod. Oh, and if you come to this thread to look at the stripes again, you might actually grow to admire it a little. I promise! Just try it and see what I am talking about.

Guys, remember these are STICKERS. And when I get tired of them, all I need to do is peel them off. But right now, I like this and I feel this mod as a tattoo (though I don't wear tattoos). So, I must go back for more! I wish someone could help me with a theme that would compliment the stripes I have on now. Any ideas? I have 2 ideas already. And I am very positive I will add something to compliment these stripes.

Stay tuned...

Well, if you had some stripe going onto the hood as well, it might not look so bad. And why black? A two tone dark brown to match the gold color of the car perhaps? Or a flashy color...

Yeah, I'm sure it looks cooler in person, I'm not sold on teh pictures...

I don't recall seeing pinstripes on any SE models when I picked up my 06 SE...

Correct me if I'm wrong though...

I don't know if you are wrong or not.

All I know is first day I set eyes on my brand new Max, it had pin stripes on it. 2 lines; black and grey. And it is painted. It is not vinyl.

I bought my car with 15miles on it. And if I was never on this forum, where I have learnt a lot and taken the steps to do some mods, I would never have done any mod on my car. Maybe some other members too had pinstripes on their Max when they bought it new.

Mods so far...; 19" 2010 rims, led interior lights (bright as hell), and the pinstripes now. With hopefully more to come.

some dealers put pinstripes on right away.

do your thing man. great attitude. too many want only certain mods, but we mod to either stand out or improve what nissan did according to what we like.

Not really feeling it on top of the grandma beige. Maybe if the car was silver or black or something. and lowered.... and and and and...

the pinstripes CAN be removed too. you can try using a run removal razor blade, but if that doesn't work, you can always wetsand them off and then buff the car. (If you bought the car new, I woulda told them to remove that ish. I wouldn't want it, and I DEFINITELY wouldn't pay for it!)

This is the org and when we start a thread we are all prepared for a series of mixed reviews. It has been very interesting so far. Overall, just the fact that an individual stopped by and made a posting in my thread, I do appreciate it a lot.

I want to do something else to compliment these stripes. I have asked for tips and gotten a few. None that I really wish to use, but I think they are hilarious. Maybe I should just rely on my own intuition so it can be my own original idea. But if someone proposes something nice, I might consider it.

Thanks a lot again to the guys offering encouragement. I think it is a boost of morals to maybe do more and better. As for the others, I can't be mad for I expected mixed reviews. I gladly take them as constructive criticisms.

It might be the first time a lot of us are seeing it on a 6thgen. So, it is a surprise and some of us happen not to like surprises. But as I said before and mang03 reiterated, just come back and look at the stripes again at a later time, you might grow to like them. The more you look at it, the more you kinda like it.

Matt93SE, my car came with the pinstripes and I love them. So, I would not be using a razor on my car, wetsand and buffing it to take them off.

But as for these GS stripes, I would be taking them off someday. But I really doubt if it would be within the next 6 months. Might actually be more than a year before I take them off. Though if I get bored with them I could take them off any time I want to.

:metalmax:.....you could always add a stripe of silver duct tape in the middle.....the contrasting texture of the duct tape and the vinyl will really set things off......then you would really make all the Veeeeee-TEC guys jealous....

not good bro....not good....peel that shiznit off.....hope you didn't pay alot for that....

I keep coming back and looking at this to try to like it... I just cant.

I think this one is close to as bad as when TeH BawNeY first joined and threw the hood scoop and STi emblem on his car...

But look at the car now. Its actually nice. I think you'll come around sooner or later.

Sorry to hear about the pinstripes, but anything can be done for the right $$$.

Sounds like you already have your head on straight when it comes to doing something different and talking about it on the .org.

I can't wait to see these in person in a few days!!!
