07+ horn replacement?

07+ horn replacement?
hey guys.. has anyone replaced the driver side (low tone) horn? i know its under the Driver side headlight.. but is there a way to get to it w/out taking off the bumper to take off the light to get to the horn?

any input is greatly appreciated..
