Steering Wheel Feels Like Its Sticking!

i have an 04' maxima sl..just hit 100k....When you go to turn the steering wheel it feels like it sticks and is hard to turn sometimes..Any ideas?

couple of things I have been hearing, steering rack and some piece at the end of the column

you check the steering fluid?

lol yeh..and the bbelt to see if it was loose.
