For those of you who moved the info screen

How hard is it to move the info screen down to the bottom. Are the cables long enough?
I was thinking of getting a double Din kit for my 05 Max...there are a few companies out there that make the dash trim kits. I would prefer moving the info screen down and putting my DVD screen at the top. Since I would like to move it down....how difficult is it to swap the color at the same time? Any instructions available on this? I did an advanced search on our forum under 6th gens and there is not much write up on this.

You won't find a write-up on the LED conversion, as there are several people here offering it as a paid service. If you look hard enough, you'll find the answers though.

Keep in min the plug will reach but it is a bit of a stretch. And make sure you get a screen up top that has minimal to no buttons as you won't be able to reach them unless you do some custom cutting...
