Have Anyone Seen This?

My 05 Max is acting pretty weird. When the wheel is turned right I get the "Slip" indicator light and the car seems to be cutting off, but it's just not putting power to the wheels until the wheels are straightened or at least brought back past a certain point. It only happens when I'm turning or curving right.

Any ideas on what's causing it.

Thanks

Del

put it on a lift and have someone turn the wheel to the right while you watch to see if anything is getting caught. You could be pulling a wire or something. If you don't see anything take it to Nissan this could be a needle in a haystack problem.

I'm thinking it has something to do with the Traction Control Sensor. Probably sensing a spinning wheel. I guess the Nissan dealer will get the chance to rob me!

thanks

Dude, it's gonna be a wheel speed sensor issue. Hit the TCS OFF switch and try turning see if it bogs. mine says slip at any speed above like 5mph. have to drive with TCS OFF or car cuts power til i come to a stop. Will be visiting a stealership, but saving $ first

Good luck tho
