Windshield/Roof Rattle

On my 08 SL, on hot days (80 degrees or more), I notice a rattle at the top of the windshield on the drivers side. Sounds like it's coming from about the joint between the windshield and the roof. Pushing up on the headliner doesn't stop it, but pushing up on the windshield at the very top does. Anyone noticed a similar problem or have any ideas if this is something serious or not? Since it seems to only happen when it's hot out, might not be too big of a deal.

I have an 08SE and my rattle comes from the front dash in corner of the passenger side. When it is pushed down it goes away. Hopefully once I wrap that (suede) portion of the front dash with leather (to match the texture of everything else) it will make it a bit thicker so it won't rattle. Also if you've had your (so they say, chrome) roof strips replaced, and the black plastic piece between the hood the window that covers the end of the strip isn't 'clipped' in all the way, that will cause it too.

I get a nasty rattle from my glove box lid. I pulled it all of the way off hoping there was some sort of an adjustment to tighten the door when closed, but there isn't. I went to Home Depot, and I picked up some high-density self-stick foam, and I'm going to run some of that along the top of the glove box door jamb.
