Power Programmers / Tuners...do they exist

Camaros, Vettes, Mustangs...you can buy the Power Programmers to hook up to the computer in order to modify shift points, fuel-to-air mixtures, boost hp etc. Do these exist for our Maxima's?

there are a couple different types. Bully dog makes one for Gasoline engines. If you wanna spend the money there are a couple out there that are nissan specific tuners.

U can either hook up a UTEC or Apexi, or the like, or have it flashed my Technosquare

Need to know exactly what they are willing to produce before we can let you know if we are interested. If by interested you mean tuning our maximas, I think most of us are.

Has anyone used the GForce Chip?

Is it possible to use an '05 programmer on an '04?

Thanks for the response Hero. I was very interested in the Bully Dog, I have it in my 2500 HD Diesel and also have used it before in another GM truck. I can not seem to find it anywhere available for an 04 Max.

Can I use one for an 05?

hey guys i am very interested in the bully dog also, and i really want to know if it will actually work on a 04. my understanding is that the trans changed to the CVT for 05
and that this is where i was told that there would be issues. but do you know any body that has used the jet programer.

Had the same issue man - Ended up locating a local shop that did that for me.
Noticed improvement and the car drives much smoother and more responsive and I do notice an increase is HP
