The thread Oolatec put up about the R2C looks like it might be an option if you can wait... looks like it might not be cheaper than the Nismo though. I think I am going to wait on the CAI at least till that comes out.

Yeah, price wise, we will see... it should be comparable though! I could probably get a group deal going as well... price A for 1-5 buyers, price B for 6+ etc...

But let's wait for there to be an actual intake first... lol

Make your own.. spectre has all the piping you need and you can just use the filter you already have..

This looks great, i am in depending on price. I do have question though, K&n has a short ram intake for about 238 on stillen's website, the nismo short ram is currently 175. My question i have asked before and no one had or has current experience of the K&N short ram. Here is the pic of the item from stillen, looks kind of like the rc2. thanks guys

Except K&N filters need to be oiled... oil is not good for MAF/o2 sensors. Plus, the heatsoak would kill performance. R2C has heat shields around their filters to keep out the hot air.

With that info, you have my interest in the rc2, i do not want to mess with oils and what not. Also will this fit the 07-08 maximas? Thanks for the info, keep us posted on the rc2 and put me on the list for group discount
