Armrest help

I brought new leather for the armrest from Redline. The problem is I can not get the cover off so that I can do the work. The 2004 ECM has a different setup than my car.

This is what the hinges look like. I found 5 screws that I removed and nothing happened. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
