I don't think this crap will come to fruition anytime soon. This question have been asked at least every month or so. A guy was working on it and brought a working model to the Houston meet last Oct. It had a fitment issue (I think it was a 1/4" short on each end) but it looked great. That was the first and last I've heard from or seen him. I don't remember his username but you can try www.6thgenmaxima.org and ask.

Ok, found the thread. Call him out and ask him what the status is. Damn, I forgot he was working on side skirts too. Username is Illanoize.

Lol.... all it takes is some one with connections to a part fabrication company and cash 10+ deposits.
A loaner car will be needed also....
once we get all those, then we can start placing orders.

Thats a nice concept gollum67 but I think the stock 6.5 front end looks good. Something about the 07/08's...they look to classy to fit the tuner look imo. Somebody on here had a black 6.5 w/ the G37 wheels on it...looked sexy as hell. If I had one I'd put 19 or 20" wheels on,LED tails, lower and tint...thats it.

MAX2DAMAX is the guy who started the LED tail lights and GTR body kit. He's a rockstar!!!

UPDATE, latest designs, 03/28
thanks for the compliment 2leet4u, do you take paypal , like he said I have done those things, unfortunately I do not have the working capital I used to have before I started with the gtr project, due to the crappy economy things slowed down quite a bit but if you guys really want to get this done all we need is 10 guys willing to pay upfront, we will get a photoshop started and we come up with a final design that everyone likes,
To begging lest just start a list of people who would be interested.

just a heads up prices will range between $250-$300 depending on how many people we can get on the boat at first. and deposits will be at least $150. I mentioned to 2leet that if I had the working capital to start the project without deposits I would, but sadly we all know how things are now a days, , so this would have to get done by a collective effort.

so it would cost us first folks a total of like $450 to get a lip for our car??? thats a little much..... and I would need to know what it was going to look like before i comitted so much money towards that.....
#22
Nop, don't get confused, the deposit is included in the final cost, so your are looking at 250-300 total.
#23
thank you for the clarification! ....still kinda expensive... lol. i would just need to see the final photoshop to see what we would be getting before i made the comittment.

Damn Leet. I understand the thought process but I think this is too aggressive and IMO its down right rice. Someone had mentioned the stock bumpers looks good and it does. It just needs subtle changes. That bumper was no wider than 3.5" wide and it blended so well with the contour of the car.
Another view of the bumper
Same bumper on an 05??? Houston we have a problem
