I have a pair of 7.5 inch screens for my headrest, but they seem to be too big. Could i just buy bigger headrest for the screens? and if so is the headrest a universal size?

I would just buy a set of headrest/screen combos off EBAY and sell the ones you have. You will most likely break even...

its a 7" nesa screen...find them on ebay... best quailty for our cars fits great too

Yup what alliance said, 7" NESA. I was one of the first to do this mod and this was the only screen I found with no buttons on the front and it fits perfect up there...

i have 6 7 inch nesa screens in my car, two for the visors, two for driver and passenger headrests and two for the rear headrests, they had to add more foam to all four headrests to make the screens fit, espeially the rear ones considering how small they are, but like jsmith said its cheaper to buy them already mounted to a headrest, they have 9.2 inch headrests for like 299 a pair on ebay.
