All he has is a intake, exhaust, kinetix and i think 150 shot.
150 shot defeats the purpose lol. but this would be the way to go if you want 12's

Last time I made 14.8 with Nismo cold air and Potenza RE050. 14.4 is pretty fast for stock.

Money smart = investment. Double your money before you dump it all in a car. Just my 2 cents.

Could have fooled me... you want to dump 9k into your car to make your daily driver run 12's...

sounds like you are amazing with money...

People have posted and told you what to do... so now do it...

Correction, I'm only running a 75shot with bolt ons, my mods are listed in my signature. VQ35 you can definately get your max into the 12's on motor without boosting or spraying.

ummm not cheaply. and it would be cheaper to boost or spray then a crazy na build + weight reduction.

Please dont do this...do what I did and buy an M...much more fun and cheaper... in the long run; whole car for 14k or same car thats faster for 10k. the only FI 6th gen max (chern) spent quite a lot of money, so to each his own.

There are two magazines I have seen this week that are focusing on the vq35 internals. Recommend you pick one up. If I can remember which ones they were I will repost. I also know there is a magazine competition going on right now that has them competing on a engine build for castrol... I think it's castrol. I will get my facts straight but it's happening. and one of the mags has chosin the vq35de as their base and they are hoping to achieve +500hp. you could just get the sts turbo kit. twin turbo exhaust setup with almost no lag. I would recommend internal work first though. deffinitly don't try running a 5at with this much power. The only guy on here to upgrade that piece of **** tranny is Chern and he isn't giving in on his secret blueprints.
The only problem is when they put the engine sideways they also melted sand to put it to the ground.........

Didn't think this warranted a new thread but I had my timing advanced 2 degrees and the car pulls harder now. I noticed right away the transmission wanted to shift earlier but once I put it in manual mode it pulled real nice at the mid to top end.
