JDM Turbo Kit for 6th gens???

http://cgi.ebay.com/JDMS-2000-2005-M...QQcmdZViewItem

I just saw this on ebay... I dont know if I should give it a go since most items for maxima's on ebay are notorious for assuming that they're products will fit 6th gens?

Isnt this the one that everbody talks about as missing stuff? To actually complete the project you neeed more. Isnt that why chern spent over $4000 I think.

haha, kinda worthless though be because all you are supposed to pull from your cigarette lighter 120 Watts so it would be like cooking with an easy bake oven if this thing follows the rules

To turbo is not cheap, just look at what Chern did, learn from him and do it right the 1st time I've looked into a TT system and it's about 8000 plus install and then all the other upgrades to make the car complete, new wheels, coil overs, BBK, full exhaust, body kit and paint, and the trans is not gonna hold up, Chern lost 3rd while driving around after the turbo was installed, thats another big money upgrade

You could build your own for like 4-6g's with a nice 60trim from turbonetics if it ran 8k for a kit all I can say is wow did he buy from greddy? LOL. (bankrupt) CHERN not hating your setup is wonderful

Parts you will need
1)turbonetics turbo varying size 750-1500
2)U-TEC 750-950
3)custom flange and modified obx headers around 500
4)fmic anywhere from 200-600
5)Necessary hardware piping and line around 500
6)440-750 injectors look on ebay
7)Fuel pump and regulator 350
8)Install if you are not knowledgeable around 1200
9)tune 400-600

Yeah i calld these dudes a few months back and they said the kit was not ready yet. Has this changed at all?

I remember you and I had a long discussion about this because they claimed on the phone that they also have upgrades that can possibly put about 600whp+

I just talked with Tim of Speed Force Racing today because I ordered a Walbro fuel pump to get rid of some of my running rich issues, he has finalized the 6th gen turbo kit with a 6spd. Doesn't hurt to give him a call again and ask.

hell no do not put that crap on i was considering a turbo setup since nobody back here in canada has one and single turbo i would go gt30 or gt35 like chernmax that has an insane setup if not i spoke to my local raceshop who told me 2 t28 would be pretty sick so im just meditating on that till i decide what to do

Thats too much work for a turbo. If you want a cheap throw away turbo car gotta go Honda. But my bone stock 04 Max still blows the doors off most civics with cheap turbos thrown on.
