That's what I did. I went to Pep Boys and picked up a can of primer and Krylon fusion gloss black. It came out perfectly. I'll post pics tonight. As for the NISMO emblem, FastMax was right about it coming loose due to heat from the radiator. I decided that I'm going to JB weld the emblem to the grill. Another trip to Pep Boys.

Might have to go that route then. I was thinking of JB welding the back of the emblem to the grill. I was thinking it would work since I've used JB weld on a cracked radiator (another car) before and it held up, temporary fix till the new radiator came.

i feel you!

people have a stupid boner over CF on the org.

it's like the honda/toyota guys had years ago(who we ALL made fun of mind you) it also probably has something to do with the fact that modding cars is new to them, as most of the 6th gen guys seem 'new' to the modding scene. no disrepect 6th gens some of you guys do a great job with your mods.

others seem CF crazy just for the fact it's CF and i needz moar of it on mah cah!

I also have the grill as well. I used zip ties. You can place them in such a way that they aren't seen from the outside. Basically, only you will know they're there. You can use the open tabs on the bumper.

I used 3m doublesticktape and cut some pieces and slid it under... and then used a black sharpie LOL and made sure you couldnt see it... Been on for months and works GREAT...

The zip tie idea is good as well... I have big hands so its hard for me to slide under and do a zip... anyway... good luck and post some pics of how it looks on your ride..

After a month since i bought the grill i finally put it on. My friend who works at a body shop panited it for me, he only charged me $25. It took my dad and me 20 min to put it on.

Just got my grill from CMod for my 05.. I can't wait til it comes in so I can paint it and pop it on.

FastMax05 - are those bluebats overlays on your front headlights? I have the same color max and I love your setup I am planning on smoking out the tail lights too but I don't know whether to do gunsmoke or charcoal for tails on this car. I am leaning towards charcaol overlays from bluebat.
