I just checked mine out on my way home from work and it never changed from 19.7mpg. That would suck if that is true. It was 45 mins with mostly highway.

I mean I was alone and no luggage with me, but still! I have an 06 Sonata and it has never....ever...ever read 30 mpg on the hwy, speed limit or not, and it's 200 lbs lighter, 30 hp/ lb-trq less than this car.
*In fact the highest reading last night was 32.9, but i had it on cruise and on slight incline it did 32 more or less.
My car is fully stock, though I use Royal Purple syn and premium gas.

Definitely, they also say if you use 93 as opposed to 89 gasoline you'll get the extra 3 mpg or so.

I drive my Max from Billings MT to Roundup MT every week and have noticed that my average city+hwy with no resets and Super Unleaded is 22.1 MPG. Thats a 15 mile drive through town, then 47 Miles on a state road that goes through 2 mountain ranges, and then back. For as big as this car is I think thats great!

I averaged nearly 36 mpg on a long road trip with the cruise set to about 68 mph. (2004 Maxima SL)
