Well ERIE insurance sure considers the Maxima a "High Performance Vehicle".

They denied me insurance when I bought it, even with a clean record and at their discount age of 24, because they listed it as HPV.

The term "High Performance Vehicle" is so relative...

But, put in the context of say, the fastest recorded Nurburgring track times, the Max is not in the top 100 fastest recorded cars.
