my mom has a 2004 Nissan Maxima SL. She is over 50. Another interesting fact is she bought the Maxima over the 04 G35 Sedan.
way to go mom !

Age 60, 2k2 SE 6-speed/HLSD. Ready to get a 2K7, too, except for the mandatory "choice" of CVT...waiting to see how the reviews go.

Thats alright... my father is 66, Retired Coasty, and my father-in-law is in his 60s as well, Active Duty Navy (about to retire though!).
We appreciate(d) your service and everyone else's in the armed forces!

Does that mean that age 45 is the tipping point on this SE vs. SL stuff?

Not for me. I'm 66 and would only have an SE -- because of the real need for a 6-speed trannie. Now light (who is older than I) insists that he must have the comfort of an SL. So you buy the Max that fits your needs, no matter what your age.
