The 6-speed manual was only offered by Nissan in the SE in 2004 (I have one). So if you have a manual in your SL, someone must have done a conversion from an auto trannie to the manual.
I am heart-broken that Nissan has dropped the 6-speed manual in the Max. Looks like my next car will be an Altima (where I can still get the 6-speed) or some other brand of car with a manual trannie. Will cross that bridge when the mileage on my 04 gets closer to 200 K (I'm at 85 right now)

[quote=jsmithsole;3662962]32 -- SL (looking back I would've gotten an SE but I had NO plans for my Max to become what it has become!!!) Doesn't really matter, I got all the features I wanted and changed the suspension anyways, plus I like the wood!!
they have da same life motor is same bro its just da interior which makes big difference i have drivin both off them same ride its just dat leather navigation nd other stuff which dey will charge u 4 or 5 thousand dollars more
Even being 31 the SE gives a nice feeling when the gas is pounded. I love my 06 SE .. just wish I could dirve it more since I got the 02 SE hand-me-down. Wives are sooo lucky.
