Self Diagnostics in Non-Nav in 3.5 SE

Was wondering if anyone knew what the codes meant in the self-diagnosics in the non-navigation panels. I tried the below method, with the radio off and was able to get into the self-diagnosics. Was not sure what the codes meant, so I didn't mess with it. Regardless, this does work, but need to find out the codes. Also...anyone found out any other unique access to the cars computer without hooking it up to a OBDII reader?

ORGINALLY FROM DIRTY THIRTY IN 6th GENERATION MAXIMA HOW TO....SECTION
Navigation Screen Self Diagnostic Menu

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

just in case anyone was curious i know the way to access the self diagnostic menu...it works for navigation which is what i have but im not sure about non-navi systems...
1. put key in ignition but turn to acc position
2. wait till nissan logo appears on navi and then make sure the radio is off
3. hold the pause/mute button while turning the volume button a quarter turn right, then a quarter turn left, then a quarter turn right and a quarter turn left again...you should see the self diagnostic system start up...

please use this at your won risk as to i am not sure if you could mess anything up...i didnt but who knows with cars

i didnt even know what some of the thigns meant but it is kind of cool to make sure everything is working properly

if it displays a 4 digit number like 0304 then it would make sense to think these are the same codes as the other max's(4th,5th gens) i had a 4th gen before this one and we could also pull our own codes. im sure this one also has some new codes as well. after all it is new and improved. but you should be able to find the code in the back of one of the manuals.or on the 4th/5th gen forums.

Sorry Maxmale...I lead you wrong...the codes are actually acronyms that I'm seeing like IVCS (something like that). Something I did recognize was SAT on or off? You can enable or disable it through the diagnostics, but there were other acronyms that I was not familiar with...
