NEW Tranny on the SL

Did anyone notice that the new SL model is coming with a 5-Speed now? Same transmission that the SE comes with.

Are they dificult to find? I want a 2004 Red Opulence w/ black leather. Most dealers say it'd have to be ordered. Are the 5speeds more dificult to find?

Interesting that "Design your Nissan" on the Nissan website still shows only 4-speed Automatic as tranny for the SL.

That GREAT news. I wonder why Nissan can't get their sites updated correctly...its not that hard.

I sat in one in the Chicago area on Friday. The price increase was $400 I believe, might be 500. The salesman didn't even know that it was a 5-speed, just said, "It has sport-shift now."

Does SL still have the awful wood trim? Wish they'd ditch that with the 4-speed.
