As far as size I believe they're 2.5 or 3"

What Else you got, Sweet prices on those Rims, might get them sold faster an seen by more org member if you put in the Wheel N tire section.

The bumper is pending local sale.
The HID's
are plug and play
if you already have HID headlights.
They're bulbs only. No ballasts or wiring is included.

I got the bulbs from a neighbor who didn't like the color output.
They used them for a few days while waiting on 6000K.
