Do not mess with the stop screw on the TB until you've exhausted
all other options. It's factory set, and should never need to be adjusted.
To adjust the idle you need to use the IACV screw.
What do you mean the RPMs are too low when driving? No idle control is going to fix that, RPM/gear/speed relationship is all mechanical (well, 80% with the auto).
There's no way I know of for the RPMs to be too
low while driving...
