I have the same problem on my 02 max, it happens to be my center CAT.

Here in canada we have a 8 year 130 000KM Nissan warranty, but with my luck I'm at 132 000KM. I'm fighting nissan canada to get the repair done under warranty. Anyone think they will give in and do the repair?
