Well, i have been in here for a while since i bought a newer car, anyway, i was having a almost identical problem he is having, once in a while the car will stall wile driving, post a message here trying to find an answer, not much responded back then, started looking around under the hood and found out the battery terminal was crack, don't remember which one, replace it, never happen again.
It will only take a second, go check the terminal.
