Yes...
But take into account that none of us are actually under your hood, so to say for sure this is the cause with "actually" looking at the car is not a 100% diagnoses.
Cracked coil packs can wreak havoc on the ve engines drive ability..So try the cheap rtv fix first, if no go, replace them.
