look at your hub! it is very much so possible to warp your hub which would also cause a vibration and shudder. if that is the case expect to replace your wheel bearings again soon! warped hub would be caused by someone trying to remove the main axle nut without air tools and having to pry against the lugs to counteract axle nut rotation... just a thought! also... my more realistic guess is that if your mt... you probably warped your flywheel. with a warped flywheel your car will shudder like crazy at low speeds/gears where you have enough torque for the clutch to slip on a warped flywheel. i am currently experiencing the warped flywheel problem and your description of your problem sounds very similar. i would almost bet money that its your flywheel and not a motor mount. my motor mounts made a loud thud sound when they went out and it would happen under acceleration and decceleration. with the flywheel it would make sense that you only notice it at low speeds/gears because you prob don't have the horsepower or torque to slip the clutch in anything past 2nd or 3rd gear.
