Just the electrical part of of the master window switch is a square so I don't know if they're swappable or not. On the right-hand drive, the window rocker switches are closest to you at the bottom and move towards the outside of the vehicle at the top. On the left-hand drive, it is the same but mirrored ie: on the left-hand side, so the circuit board inside would also be different.
With the exchange rate on the Aussie dollar to the USD, it would probably cost more at the moment. (I thinks it's around 69cents to one USD.)
