I told you a while back exhaust leak, or a small Diameter DP could cause restriction!! we'll glad that turned out to be the problem and you didnt pull the cams out and spend all that money just to make the same power or less.
I don't know why a 3" exhaust wasn't used from the start
maybe gutting the Manifold will help smoothen the curve out some, it definitely will shift it but still smooth it out.
