Are R34's better using stock light bulbs than the STOCK 95 max OEM's using stock bulbs?
Would stock R34's be better with HID than 95 max OEM's? This is without projectors. (If I choose to go head and buy HID later on for the lows if I use R34, and I decide it looks like crap beam wise, Ill deal with retrofitting pkjtrs then. Whatever)

rather why don't you stop being lazy and actually search for your answers. this has been covered many times in many other threads.
just b/c its a forum doesn't mean you can post the same banal questions over and over and expect people to be ok with that.
