same look, even some of the same parts/mods, very different execution.
personally if i couldn't afford it i would spend that time detailing my car/doing maintainance instead of doing half-assed mods. you'd be doing more for the appearance as well as prolonging the life and maintaining the value of your car.

That is very true....however I still think there can be a tasteful execution of cheap mods. So far, I have Home Depoted and rattle canned the **** out of my car. You guys tell me if it is ricey:
So far, not a single appearance mod I have done to the car (except for the drop) has been anything more than a quick trip to home depot to get things such as spraypaint or flourescent lense cover or 2000 grit sand paper.
Yep, painted grill, painted headlights, slightly smoked turn signals in the back and flourescent light cover. Honestly, I hate ricers, I think I have tastefully executed cost effective mods to my car and don't think it looks ricey at all, but you guys be the judge.
In the beginning of this thread there was some knocking on it being repetitive, but I really disagree, this is a completely different story than the ludalip, and honestly I think this looks a helluva lot better. Now...I am not sure if I am going to do it to my Maxima, but I think its a great idea nevertheless and looks tasteful compared with the luda lip.
And frankly, the luda lip isn't TOO TOO BAD, HOWEVER it reminds me of gross decripid brown sh!tsmeared rubber base board in a public bathroom of a 45 year old building..... lol
