I just got a P0170 which is running lean in bank 1. Car drove normal and didn't feel anything different. I reset my ecu (unplug battery) and after I did, maxi drove funny. MAF problem. When resetting the ECU as you did, it will reset LTFT's & STFT's, and that will cause a 'rough' ride for a shirt while.
