50/50 split when slip is detected. Its not a full time AWD like Subaru's. They sell Haldex controllers which can vary the TQ split and even engage the rear diff under braking. Alot of people have asked my why I don't track the R.

It would need a ton of weight reduction to do that, and personally I like the way Maxima handles.

I advise you not to buy used tires, I've done that a few times. Its a waste of $$$.
