I only reved it a little bit in the garage yesterday when I posted. Tonight I took it out for a drive now that the roads are somewhat clear of snow. Butt dyno doesn't feel much different and it's got SEVERE bees in the can sound when driving around. 
Go WOT and above 4000 RPM it's great. At cruise and partial throttle it sounds like crap with all the buzzing. Maybe after a little more driving the sound will change but for now Im kinda pissed. I can re-use the header wrap from my old y pipe but I don't want these to rot out faster. |
These are full Cattman headers? There shouldn't be any bees, I don't have bees with them, never had. You sure you have a solid install, y-pipe flex is not damaged or defective? What cat and muffler are you running?
