From first hand experience, Decatur sucks ass. My best friend lives there because he went to Milikin, and every time I stayed over there some kind of crime went down just next door or around the corner. There's either REALLY ghetto people that will rob, or shoot, or rob AND shoot you....or there's the white trashiest of white trash. There is no middle. Oh, and either way...whichever of those two things you are....you don't make much money. (Well...some of the ghetto dudes might, from selling drugs and what-not.) You won't find a three car garage though. Maybe a meth lab or two??
