Strut leakage >>
Any 5th Geners with leaking rear struts? I'm a 4th Gen guy and my stock struts lasted me 120+K miles. But, I was in a Mavis Tire place last weekend and I overheard the guys talking about how they've had a few new Maximas with leaking rear struts - pointing out to a beige 2001 SE out in the shop with a leaking rear driver's side strut. Just curious...

Right after i had my maxspeeds put on i started hearing noises from my rear passenger side spring. took it back to shop that installed the springs and they told me that the strut was leaking
so i guess i have to get some new struts now.....

I keep feeling like the driver's side rear is "looser" than the passenger rear. The dealer doesn't see a leak and can't feel the problem. I experience the problem on the highway, around gentle right hand turns and going over a bump simultaneously. I believe it's a bad strut, but the dealer won't do anything. Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
