KLOOGY, I need to Hear Your Exhaust!
#3
You want to "hear" my muffler. Im in San Diego, that might be hard to do. It's a nice deep tone. Nothing Ricey. It's fairly quiet to 4K RPMs, then it gives you a steady deep tone, till you hit about 65 MPH, anything over that, you dont even hear it. When you take off, you get a slight rumble, but it is gone rwal quick. My Frankencar, is where my NOISE comes from ! That thing ROARS !

What do you record it with? I'm sure not that technically inclined either.

hahahaha... it'd be funny shlt to see him setup a desktop in the garage just to record 30seconds of audio.

Okay okay...
here is few different ways:
1) Get your tape recorder and tape it. Hook it up to your computer mic and record it using whatever tool you would like to use as wav file. You can then compress it and put it up or just let it be.
2) Use your digital camera. Lot of them has sound recording capability now.
3) Use your digital camcorder. Need I explain more?
4) If you have pocket pc, you can record it as memo.
I bet there are few more interesting methods... but above 4 should fit most of techy people here.

None of the Houston dealers ever have good prices. I shopped around for the speaker brackets before and they were all in the $15 range - each! With Tustin it was several dollars less than that.
Same goes for the AE sills, they quoted me $50 per sill. $200 total. That's just plain insane.
Your best bet is to go off-city at the least. Or try ordering from some of the other members here that actually work for the Dealership.
