Hello, this is my first post.
My 2002 has a little over 118,000 miles. I started getting a rough idle a few days ago. I decided to purchase a new ETB. After installation and a frustrating relearn process it seems to be worse. My OBD showed code 0223 faulty TPS? I sent it back & put the old one back on. At that time I noticed some coolant in the intake manifold. Could it be a crack or a faulty gasket? Car still has a very rough idle.

Any comments are much appreciated.

Sorry, your post a bit vague. Pictures would help. Do you mean that you have a OBD Code P0223? If so, that is a possible faulty Throttle Position Sensor. Replace with OEM; don't use aftermarket.

Thanks for your input Gavin, I removed manifold & cleaned it out including the TPS. No code originally. After i Put everything back I still had erratic idle. I scanned with OBD again & got code for misfire on # 2 bank. I removed the cover & found # 2 coil was disconnected. Re connected, idle now is perfect 700 RPM. Purrs like a kitten.
