mpg and dte not being calculated

so i dont get any dte calculation or mpg calcuation but when i ride kt right into the line and my gas light pops up dte flashes... any input one how to fix this? i have no codes ses not on

Let me know if/how you get this fixed. The same thing happened to me recently. I used to be able to toggle back and forth between Temp, DTE, and MPG using the Mode switch on the steering wheel near the stereo controls, but it no longer works for some reason. I do still get the yellow light flashing on the dash if I am running low on fuel though.

this is all i get
and dte flashes once the low fuel light pops on.. also since the last owner installed an aftwrmarket radio the mode trip and radio buttons no longe work... could that be the problem?

That may be it! I installed an aftermarket radio, but never thought that the control for that feature may be wrapped up in that harness. Oh well, I'm not removing my In Dash DVD / Bluetooth as my system is all custom. In life you must make sacrifices!

Yes. Issue is aftermarket radio, theres a brown wire from the main connector that needs to be cut and grounded, but please search for the post on here, it's here somewhere, haven't done in a loooooooooooooong time.

I installed an aftermarket stereo and used an axxess steering wheel adaptor from crutchfield. all of my dash readings & functions work.
