Gutting rear pre-cat, gaskets needed?

Finally popped the code for the rear precat. Want to gut it out, and don't want to deal with trying to do it without removing it. I know front had a crush gasket that needed to be replaced when I did that, just seeing if the rear does also, how many, and what part # if someone has that handy.

I was going to say that it was the same P/N but courtesy nissan is showing that they are different. Here is the link to the parts page http://www.courtesyparts.com/auto-pa...omponents-scat

I don't think it's possible to do it without taking it off depending on what spec you're driving, also can't remember when nissan did the whole switchover to a regulated emissions. Says you have a 00 so I could be wrong.

If you have a fed spec, it's built into the Y pipe. Install aftermarket Y and problem solved.

It's straightforward. The front should basically fall out, but is easy, regardless, b/c the whole top opens up.
The Rear is usually very intact and solid. I would definitely remove it from the car. I used a half inch drill bit and put as many holes as possible in it. Then chiseled to break into pieces small enough to fit the opening. Just drill and chisel until the chunks come out. It's time consuming, though.

So anyone know where to get replacement screws just in case the bolts break off? Is the Dealer the only option? replacement screws for the front and rear pre cat. front pre cat top bolts/ and rear pre-cat bottom bolts.

Search defouler and nonfouler on here/google. That's what you have to use to trick the ECU.
