I own a 2001 Maxima and I just purchased the seats off a 2003 Maxima. The owner told me that I have to change the plugs on the seat to get the motor working on a 2001 Maxima.

Does anyone have any experience in this and can help me?
What do i do?

It looks like you just splice your old plugs in (unless you want to repin).

I wish I could understand what any of that means.......could you explain what splicing is? Sorry, not very technically inclined here.

If it helps, I have 2003 seats in my 2001 gle.

Both are non heated. The 2003 do have the plugs for the side airbags that my 01 did not have.

Was pretty much plug and play no re-wiring.
