Timing Chain maintenance?

Hey all, I have 154K on my SE, need to know what to look for or precautions on life of my timing chain. Search didn't give me much useful info. Do we need to measure stretch, runout? What's the typical life expectancy of this critical piece?

Thanks a bunch! I'm still holding onto mine, such a fun drive

Somewhere around 400,000 or more before you have to think about it unless it starts making noise.

The best way to maintain your timing chain is to keep changing your oil regularly.

This is true. The timing chain should last as long as the life of the engine. I'm approaching 250K miles and haven't touched it.

The tensioners are the issue really, not the chain itself.
