Damn exhaust bolt seized to all hell

The bolt on the passenger side of the cat closest to the rear. It's seized, now stripped, and has no bolt head left

There's no room down there to pound it with a hammer and I'm pretty sure these bolts are serious enough for that not to do anything. I used a sawzall, but that is too obtrusive with its blade down there... How do I cut this damn bolt off?

Drill it out, with long extractor drill bit.

So I cut it off with an angle grinder. Took two minutes... How do I get this damn thing out?

Looks like you can get some vice grips on it. Heat it up good with a torch and take the vice grips and twist back and forth till you can free it up. Some penetrating oil may help too.
