Weapon R Air Intakes

Well I recently bought and had installed an Weapon R Dragon cold air intake. Just wondering because I recently seen some negative opinions on the intake. I mean...Did I make the right decision? Not saying I don't love my intake, which I do...but Was I wrong? Should I have gone with something different? When I buy performance products, I want optimum performance. Just wanna know if I should've gone with something else.

I've heard that it's okay but The Pop charger is your best choice.

What you have is better than stock obviously. But if you can, get a pop charger its much better.

I installed an Injen intake before knowing about the pop charger. Threw it out and its much better with the pop charger

I would say the best test is too take both Intakes too the track and test them back to back...I had a Injen that showed a 8hp gain over the OEM system on the DYNO but hurt my performance at the track! Realworld testing!!!!

Alright fellas, thanks for the responses. I mean what type of performance gains have you guys gotten from a "pop charger"? I don't know if its more beneficial but from pics I've seen online...my Weapon R is way more sexier.

Yeah, if a turbo was box shaped I wouldn't even like them.

Please search around.

Well I don't mean to seem asthough I need/want to be spoonfeed.
Its just that I'm sure you guys have more experience on Maximas then I do, considering Its my first car and...a car I just got 6 months ago. Just trying to get all the knowledge and opinions I can from fellow maxima lovers.

Maintenance first.
Mod later.

Please spend lots of time searching and reading as I'm sure 99% of your questions have been covered already.
If you're having trouble searching on this site, use google to ask your question and at the end of the question type: "site:maxima.org" Without the quotations of course. That should help you.
Please and thanks.
