They will work but wont light the road at all, and will get you pulled over/ticketed undoubtedly.

2001 max has many bulbs. The fog lights are H3. I would not recommend using blue led bulbs.

It brings unwanted attention from authorities and also removes the function of your fog lights. Do whatever you want, good luck.

I think there are still those led things at autozone you put on the tires.

Pay $60 for color changeable ones so you can have blue when you want it.. But a legal color for road use.

Personally, ive found that my.foglights are worthless for road illumination. Even with highend bulbs. So i just got some el cheapo white ones for a few bucks

Your question has already been answered twice. The fog light bulb size for your car is H3, so yes those bulbs you asked about will fit. But like others have said, you will definitely get pulled over with those. It's your car though, so do whatever makes you happy.

+1 After having my Nokya hyper yellow bulbs last only a year I finally went hid (btw my oem bulbs lasted 11:-) ). I bought a cheap set of 3000K's with ballasts of eBay, and just a tip for everyone, mine were GREEN GREEN GREEN. Pulled those pos ballasts and replaced with an old set of DDM ballasts that I forgot about then found (same bulbs). Result; nice yellow and have been running perfect ever since, very happy...
