I don't got money to throw away at it. I just spent like 600 on it and I preety much Made my mind up on keeping it. But I still need to upgrade brakes and suspension and body work plus I blew my speakers not to mention some upgrades im gonna do. So I really don't wanna go crazy on flywheel since its something that mostly likely has to be done because the clutch has been slipping for a while and im tryna come up with the money to do that

Check Rockauto. Exedy and Luk are two good names in OEM replacement flywheels. Remember that your Maxima has a dual mass flywheel meaning the cushioning and flexibility is built into the flywheel NOT the clutch disc. You cannot use a dual mass flywheel with a solid clutch disc and vice versa. The link you provided is a correct OEM replacement clutch kit.

No idea what will perform better. I ordered the Exedy clutch kit. They make the OEM kit and are a good name.
Be careful with resurfacing that dual mass flywheel. Ask a lot of questions of the place doing it. They are not supposed to be resurfaced. They are not solid so they don't resurface well. Make sure the place doing it has experience and has had success doing them.

a few select machine shops that have experience, ask them to describe the dmf unit that they 'resurfaced' before, if any at all. there is one shop locally that can do a dmf, but im waaaaaay out here in cali. i read somewhere that some one else took out their dmf to inspect during a clutch job at about 100-150K, i believe. said the dmf unit look fine, had taken some emery paper and sanded the contact side a bit, put back the unit with new clutch kit and it was engaging like new. read somewhere that original dmf can last up to or beyond 200k miles or 320k kilometers, pending on usage. just some options to play with if your dmf is still good and you want to save a penny or two.
if it needs replacement, heard exedy were basically oem kits. mixed memory with pressure plate and throw out bearing, thought we needed to get factory pp and tob??
go with dmf unit for smoother engagement or go with lightened flywheel for more performance gains but rougher engagement??
most transmission shops will go buy the book and tell you to buy a new one or have no idea of what your taking about or b/c of liability they can't touch it. iirc, most cars ~95% are auto tranny/sequential manuals/cvt's, most haven't even seen an old school manual gearbox with periodic clutch jobs r/r.
rockauto is a solid automotive supplier. cross check w/ ebay, amazon if you know exact model# info and such.
