OBD II Monitors Not Ready

Ok...these OBD II monitors are still not ready. Before someone says the drive cycle needs to be completed its been 1000s of miles of driving and multiple oil changes, freeway and city driving this dam thing. I have 2 SES Codes for cam timing over advanced and that is because of them being advanced by the Haltech. Will the monitors not even try to test with ANY SES code? If so I have a switch on the Haltech that I can go back to stock timing and it will cut the SES light off then drive the car around. Can I do this to ready the monitors? AND if I do that when I put the switch back to the Haltech with the monitors go back to incomplete?

I have no cats but I have an O2 Sim installed. I was told that I can have ONE incomplete so I need at least 2 to ready up to pass OBD II plug in inspections.

Here is a pic of the monitors that wont complete or ready up....

I know the CELL needs to be off when inspecting. I wanted to know does the CELL have to be off for the monitors to do their test and ready up? Is that why they are still incomplete because I have codes for the cam timing advance?

I can see the pic pretty big here....are you on a cell phone looking at this? They are the ones with the "inc" next to it.

OK did some more research and EVAP monitor or Catalyst monitor will not ready unless O2 sensor monitor is ready...so I have to find out why THAT isnt readying up then the other 2 will ready up.

$28 valve from rockauto and its on the Charcoal canister.take the sim out and use the antifoulers your o2 will take forever to set so fix the other for the evap and let the o2 and other code rest you can have 2 not ready.

[QUOTE=cjandura;8796089]...take the sim out and use the antifoulers /QUOTE]

An o2 Sim will usually keep the catalyst monitor from completing.

If the O2 dont run none of the other will. EVAP and Catalyst monitor look for a ready from the o2 monitor before they will even try to set.

Looks like I'm going to have to get rid of this sim and put antifoulers on and plug the secondaries in.....those antifoulers work for the secondaries?? I wont get no codes?

IMO...I'd set cams back to normal and get rid of that code. I don't see the system being ready until the cel is off and 50-100 have been driven with it off.
